ABOUT

Keith Brenner Photography

I love workplace coaching and helping professionals find purpose in work and life. Part of this is helping clients gain greater personal effectiveness and self-mastery. But perhaps more important has been helping my client come into contact with what is truly meaningful to them.

The approach I follow is developmental and integral, viewing the client as a multi-dimensional being and addressing equillibrium among those dimensions. (For example, a person who experiences life mainly through their cognition may struggle to make contact with their emotional world and suffer because of that imbalance).

I come to coaching from organizational development where I focused on process improvement and operational planning. I found that work fulfilling because I was there with employees, supporting them in creating the changes they needed and finding pride and satisfaction in their work.

My Background

I studied spiritual and religious experience for my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, and have been on a path of inquiry and learning ever since.

Some Personal Info

I love cities, especially New York, where I lived much of my adult life. I live near Denver, Colorado with my partner Bill and Tigger, the small and spirited orange tabby cat.
