It’s a unique and beautiful map that draws in all elements of you, including: your strengths, gifts, and qualities. Your experiences, background, culture. A brain-body that includes your nervous and limbic systems, and is responsible for your cognitive and emotional perception of the world. Where you live and work.

And a hard-to-define human quality sometimes called spirit.

 I’ll show you how to look.

Which means I’ll suggest which elements of your map you might engage and how. This is so you can get where you’re wanting to go.

You’ll do the rest

You’ll create your own transformation through practice, observation, and reflection. And possibly some tactical and strategic planning.

All of this I call ‘practice’, for short.

You’ll practice your way into new habits and ways of being.

Noticing and discovering yields shifts in your vantage. Those shifts reveal new possibilities. Your perspective changes. You’ll re-see.

We will start with you and your world — a conversation and an assessment. Then, a plan we co-create that will lead you to what you’re wanting.

We will meet virtually, in person, or by phone, usually every two weeks, communicating as necessary between sessions.

I offer 4-session coaching programs geared to specific topics. More typical is 10-12 sessions over a period of about 5 months.
